HAHAHA! Never got that before! Kinda of a weird way to put it. But thank you! I appreciate all the love and support!
Does Phaedra know anything about having a baby? Or is it all just an elaborate web of lies? Phaedra has told the other Housewives that the doctor will induce labor at seven months because the baby is “fully developed.” Uhhhh … I don’t think that’s a thing. The Housewives are calling BS on that and have deduced that either Phaedra got knocked up before she got married, the baby isn’t Apollo’s, or both.
Sonja Tremont-Morgan, one of the new stars of Real Housewives of New York, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Wednesday in Manhattan.
The 46-year-old socialite listed $19.8 million in debt and $13.5 million in assets on her bankruptcy petition.
Sonja blamed her financial woes on a recent legal battle with Hannibal Pictures, Inc. over a failed movie project with John Travolta. Sonja claims that John demanded too much from her production company, Sonja Productions, and she was unable to meet his requests.
The film, Fast Flash to Bang Time, stopped production in 2006 and Hannibal Pictures filed a lawsuit against Sonja Productions in California and won a $7 million judgment. Sonja claims she was poorly represented during the case and claims she has filed an appeal.
Sonja also blames some of her financial woes on her painful (and unresolved) divorce with her husband, an alleged descendant of J.P. Morgan tycoon John Adams.
The new rumor on the street is that the next installment of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” has a release date, and it is one that should feel very familiar to those who watched this past season.
According to a new interview with alleged new cast member Melissa Gorga, the next season of the popular Bravo franchise could very well debut in May 2011 — almost a year after this past season debuted and quickly became a summer sensation.
Last time around, much of the drama was based around the feud that Teresa Giudice, Caroline Manzo, and the rest of the universe had against Danielle Staub — now, Staub is no longer a part of the program and there are still rumors regarding Teresa’s participation in the show.
Are you still as excited about “New Jersey” as you once were?
In a new interview, Tamra Barney discusses her birthday, and her new boyfriend:
It has been announced that Tamra Barney has filed for a divorce from her soon to be ex-husband, Simon. Tamra has been dating her now boyfriend for over 9 months now. She said of her birthday gift from her new boyfriend: “My boyfriend just bought me a new car for my birthday, BMW 335i Convertible, so I may be done for the year. We just got back from Spain, so we’re just going to stay home and relax and enjoy each other.”
For the fans out there wondering if Barney’s new boyfriend will be featured on the new season of the show, he will. Tamra also revealed of her habit of watching the show: “I watch it once, then I don’t watch it again. It’s educational. I think, ‘Oh no, I didn’t just say that!’ Or, ‘I didn’t just do that!’ But I keep it raw and if people don’t like it, they don’t have to watch.”
What do you think about the fact that Tamra Barney and her husband are divorcing? Are you excited to watch the new season of the show?
Former “Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member Danielle Staub suffered quite a tragedy over the weekend — at least in the literal sense. According to Captain Clark of the Wayne, NJ police department, Staub’s home was one of many targeted in a recent crime spree.
So did he think this potentially had anything to do with Danielle’s status as a reality TV star? The man didn’t seem to particularly think so in an interview with Radar Online:
"There were break-ins at Danielle’s house and two other neighbors. We do not have any evidence that the tour had anything to do with the break-in. This appears to be a random break-in and has nothing to do with the show. We do not have a suspect at this time. Another house had their security system camera ripped off but they did not do that at Danielle’s house."
The ring didn't mean a thing, you're singing it for women who are in love with somebody, and how much the ring didn't mean anything, like the ring just didn't mean a thing, like, it just really didn't...
Um… Where do I begin?
Last week on TheReal Housewives of Atlanta:
The move to Sunday nights came jam-packed with even more howl-inducing one liners from the ladies, and more moments that were sure to be water-cooler fodder at someone’s job the next day.
Kim… I. Just. Can’t.
So Kandi is trying to make Lawrence “the next RuPaul”, which is possibly doable after he belted out a fine tuned voice to her producer friends. Too bad we can’t (ever) say the same for Kim, who was jealous of Lawrence and didn’t care too much about Kim’s new track for her, “The Ring Didn’t Mean A Thing.” NeNe didn’t even care too much for the song either, but I heavily feel that Kim has ridden her singing career train to its last stop. Not even auto-tune can save the mess Kim belted out. And while the verdict is still out for “Google Me” (which was not produced by Kandi), I think Kim might want to dust off that LPN degree, stat.
When Kandi suggested she go back to her singing coach… LOVE! Hey, Kim? People generally don’t take kindly to folks who waltz into their profession and assume that any geek off the street can do what they do. It’s insulting. That’s why Jan didn’t coddle you. She’s checking bullshit at the door, ya’ dig? Pshaw, says Kim. She sang in eighth grade and at her brother’s graduation! She can sing along with anything! She has a good ear for music! As an “artist” *snort*, she can’t perform songs she doesn’t think are up to her standards. Oh. Hell. No.
Plus, am I the only one who thought Kim and her dad were dropping outrageous prices for her crap? I mean while she was shooting for astronomic prices, her dad was shooting for crack-head low prices for stuff that would’ve sold reasonably well on eBay. I don’t know where they learned their bargaining skills from, but they might want to learn to actually discuss prices instead of shouting the nonsense that was coming out their mouth. I’m just saying…
[Oh! BTW, is anyone else upset that Niece Nash from Clean House is ‘retiring’ from hosting the show?! I literally died when I heard the news.]
NeNe and Gregg’s marriage got super ugly tonight in front of Peter and Cynthia with Gregg getting offended about something he thought NeNe said about him. For Gregg to have his guard up as super tight as he did, and for him to have made the basement into an “apartment”, it goes to show how crazy the Leakes’ marriage has gotten. Plus, throw in NeNe’s notion that Gregg cheated on her and you got a ticking time bomb waiting to go off.
Plus, Kim comparing NeNe and Gregg’s marriage to her time with Big Poppa was so… self-centered and misinformed. Seriously. Mistress vs. decades of marriage is not a compatible topic to drink over. It’s like a mother sharing a drink with the murderer of her child. It didn’t mesh. At all.
Phaedra’s Mommy Dearest Moment #432
As Kim, NeNe, and Cynthia discussed baby talk with Phaedra, she still brought up the crazy with talks of the baby being 8lbs at 7 months and wanting to have it taken out immediately. NeNe went into immediately vomiting one-liners left and right during her commentary.
Kim served as back up this week since she has a LPN and knows enough to question Phaedra’s ill-conceived plans for a premature birth. My Twitter feed went wild as people were doing everything from demanding medical records to threatening to call child services on Phaedra as she continued to gab about her plans for the baby.
Like Andy Cohen, I can’t wait for Phaedra to explain herself when she’s invited to Watch What Happens Live! one day. The call-ins alone might be worth the price of admission onto the set that night.
Instead of being bickering parents and going at each other’s throats, Cynthia and Leon had a very mature and adult conversation about Cynthia’s plans with Peter and getting married. It was a breath of fresh air to see the two talk on a leveled manner and be genuinely civilized about it. I really think that a lot of young people (and older) should take a good look at this as proof that you don’t have to act a fool when it comes to your ex. Bravo, Cynthia and Leon! (No pun intended).
The other piece of randomness was the appearance of former Destiny’s Child singer LaTavia Roberson, who Phaedra called to her office to recount her fall from fame. It was was like a mini-sode of the TVOne show Life After, leaving you to ask what was the relevance of it all. Phaedra told LaTavia that she has the Midas Touch and can help LaTavia get out of sad times of booze and anger.
If LaTavia really believed that lie, then I feel even more sorry for her than I did when The Knowles Family gave her the finger and a pink slip from Destiny’s Child.
Ohh almost forgot! Remember when Kim arrived at Sheree’s house? Sheree tells Kim about Dr. Fake, saying he’s “supposed to be a doctor of psychology”. Kim asks, naturally, if he makes money, and Sheree doesn’t think so because he stayed at the Holiday Inn, which is, like, where hobos camp out and they charge by the hour, based on Kim and Sheree’s cackles.
And why was this episode so She-less by Sheree?
So what else from last week’s episode had you guys rolling in laughter? Send it to me in my 'Ask Box'
Next week: Sheree is doing Atlanta’s local version of Dancing With the Stars and Peter proposes to Cynthia.
No, sorry. BUT Maybe you can learn something from Teresa!
Do you want to be one of the most successful women out there? If so, then Teresa Giudice of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” wants to help you out. Radar Online has learned that the reality star has signed up to host a seminar on “How to Have it All,” and for the price of $44.95 you find out some of Teresa’s secrets.
Here is some of what the blurb for the event — which is scheduled to occure January 10, 2011 at the Learning Annex in midtown Manhattan — has to say:
“Whether you want to get on a reality TV show, write a book, start and run a business, change career, this inspiring evening with a woman who has 377,000 online followers will get you going in the right direction.
“Teresa will talk about marketing yourself, dealing with difficult people, working with the press, and she will share juicy details about what goes on behind the scenes of the Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
You know what the world doesn’t have enough of? Reality shows featuring a handful of women going about their everyday lives.
So thank goodness TLC has ordered a limited run of a new “docu-series” which sounds suspiciously like our favorite housewives franchise on Bravo. The Real Housewives of Alabama — or ‘Bama Belles, as TLC is calling it — stars five ladies from rural Dothan, Alabama (population: around 58K at last count in 2003). OK, so maybe it’s not so Real Housewives after all.
Set to premiere Dec. 5 at 10 p.m., the show focuses on five women struggling to balance their families, careers and relationships, according to Variety.
"TLC is taking a real look at the southern lifestyle of these women in a relatable and fun way."
The cast, ranging in age from 24 to 39, includes a radio personality/real estate developer; an ex-beauty queen; an Army reservist and an internet entrepreneur originally from New York.
The show will consist of three one-hour long episodes.
Will you watch this hot mess?
Do you think it will be a flop like Southern Belles(a Louisville,Ky.-based snoozefest that aired on SoapNet a few years back)?
Yes! Tabatha Coffey will be returning to our television screens on Monday December 6th at 10 P.M. !
The return of “Tabatha’s Salon Takeover” rounds out Bravo’s five nights of original programming, which includes:
“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” and “Watch What Happens: Live” (Sundays), “Tabatha Salon Takeover” (Mondays), “Millionaire Matchmaker” (Tuesdays), “Top Chef Just Desserts” (Wednesdays), and “The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” and “Watch What Happens: Live” (Thursdays).
have you listened to anything off of kandi's album, Fly Above, or her single, Leave U? I recently discovered more of her music on itunes and I love it! You should check it out if you haven't already lol :)
Yes! I have actually! I loved her back from Xscape!
She is a very talented (only talented housewife) singer!
Phaedra Parks to all of the Apollo haters- SUCK IT!
Yes, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks is married to an ex-convict. But she has a message to all the Apollo Nida haters out there:
"It’s easy to criticize when you don’t know someone," Parks tells the latest issue ofLife & Style. “He’s my soul mate.”
Parks, a lawyer, married
Nida on November 1, 2009, six months after he was released from serving nearly five years in jail on charges of racketeering. They just celebrated their one-year anniversary and “I know his character,” Phaedra says, adding:
"I knew he truly loved me for who I was and not for anything else. I respect him for the person I know he is - and not for who the judge thought he was."
The couple welcomed its first child, a son, over the summer. Naturally, his birth will be featured on the November 21 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Jill Zarin and Alex McCord, stars of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York City, are speaking out against anti-gay bullying.
The women were joined by their co-stars – Ramona Singer, Countess LuAnn de Lessseps and Kelly Bensimon – at a fundraiser Monday hosted by Zarin.
At the event, Zarin told celebrity website ‘Hollywood Life’ that “no one should ever have to be afraid or intimidated in the classroom or in their life because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.”
“The self-esteem issues that kids and teens experience often stay with them for life, and in some tragic cases, cause them to end it,” McCord said. “It’s important to provide safe haven resources and suicide hot-lines geared toward youths affected by bullying.”
Lights, cameras and attention all come with the territory for model, mother and aspiring entrepreneur Cynthia Bailey, but the newest addition to Bravo’s breakout series Real Housewives of Atlanta is still adjusting to the whirlwind of newfound stardom she is encountering. The Alabama-native recently sat down with Celebuzz to sound off on her Housewivescast mates, her love life, her future business ventures and learning how to sign autographs again.
It’s 2010, its sad that still till this day people get criticized for liking the same gender, or for let alone being different. No one should be put down because of who they really are. We are all here for a purpose, and we are all not going to have the same views on everything but thats what makes it all worth living for. We need to face the fact that people are different, and that this world isn’t perfect & no one is either. This should not be happening, people should not be committing suicide because of who they really are. We should wake up every morning and be proud to be who we are and not have to worry about what people are going to say or think of us.
