Ex-Husband of Real Housewife Convicted of Child Molestation
The National Enquirer reports that the first husband to Kim Zolciak, the star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and father of 14-year-old Brielle and 10-year-old Ariana, Daniel Dominic Toce, is currently in a Connecticut state prison after pleading guilty to molesting a 15-year-old. A source tells the Enquirer, “When she got the news, she was sick to her stomach. Kim can’t stop thinking about the shocking crime that Daniel committed on that innocent girl.” Daniel is no stranger to brushes with the law. Way Back in 2004, Daniel was charged with breach of peace, felony robbery, and larceny. And in 2010 he was arrested for sexual injury of a minor. Daniel pleaded guilty in the molestation case and has been sentenced to ten years behind bars. When he is released, he will be on probation for an additional ten years and will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
